Donna Andrews, founder of http://www.CelticTreasuresJewelry.com, never planned to become a Celtic jewelry artisan, but found herself inspired while researching her Irish heritage.

“I’m Irish myself, and for sheer personal interest, I started tracing my Irish background back to Ireland,” said Andrews. “In the process I found some wonderful Celtic beads, and being a beader, I decided to make a few Celtic bracelets.”

Andrews wore her Celtic bracelets around friends, and soon found the jewelry being bought right off her arms.

“After realizing how much my friends liked the jewelry, I went to talk to a local jewelry store owner, who also fell in love with it,” said Andrews. “I sold some pieces to the jewelry store owner, and a few days later, received a call asking for more because all the jewelry I brought to the store had sold out.”

Following her jewelry’s success at the local jewelry store, Andrews decided to go into the Celtic jewelry business.

“All the jewelry on the website is designed by me, though my business has grown to the point where I now have to hire others to make it,” said Andrews while laughing. “I offer both retail and wholesale Celtic jewelry on the website, and all the materials we use to make it are top notch.”

Andrews adds new Celtic jewelry accessories to her website on a monthly basis, and has an incredible new line of jewelry soon to be released which she has named ‘Journey through Ireland’.

“The new jewelry line consists of 100% Irish marble from several different areas across Ireland,” said Andrews. “The jewelry will incorporate beautiful red marble from County Cork, white marble from the Ulster Province, black marble from County Kilkenny and the classic green Connemara marble.”

In addition to her spectacular and exclusive jewelry designs, Andrews plans to offer her customers insight into Irish heritage and the art of Celtic jewelry design on her new blog at http://www.CelticTreasuresJewelryBlog.com.

“I plan for the blog to become an educational website about Ireland, and a resource for information about Irish heritage,” said Andrews. “I’ll also be talking about the symbolism in Celtic jewelry, and the features that make Celtic jewelry unique.”

Andrews’ unique Celtic jewelry accessories are the ideal addition to any collection, and the perfect complement to any outfit. “I design all my jewelry to be striking and unique, and that’s what makes it special.”
